DSEC has a large experience in the design and implementation of biomolecules production plants. These biomolecules are extracted from vegetables like sugar beet, chicory, Jerusalem artichoke, … like:
- inulin
- betaine
- pectin
DSEC can develop the implementation of such production units for both the FEED and FOOD sectors taking into account their possible integration into existing agro-industrial plants (for feedstock, effluents and utilities).
